4-1 Ceramic Exhaust Header, One Piec
4-into-1 Header Key Features:
K-Series Bifurcation: The DC Sports bifurcation is found in our K-Series header. In the case of Honda?s K-motor, adjacent firing pulses from header pipes in close proximity can cause contamination in the cylinder chambers and negatively affect performance. The bifurcated design in our K-Series collector prevents this by helping separate the firing pulses for cleaner burning cylinders and more power.
Our CNC-machined flanges are robotically MIG-welded to the header piping, then we machine grind the mating surface of the flange for a leak-free seal.
Trapezoidal Merge Collector: Our merge collector on our 4-into-1 systems features a unique trapezoidal design that is proven to efficiently expedite gas flow by virtually eliminating turbulence. This design also improves ground clearance by allowing us to offset the top and bottom header piping.
CNC-Machined O-Ring Grooves: CNC-machined O-ring grooves and O-ring gaskets ensure a leak-free seal on our 4-2-1 two-piece header systems.
